It's hard to keep up with all of the Ibiza closing party announcements and line up revelations as we launch into the final weeks of the season at a mind-boggling speed. It's set to be the busiest week for closings, so buckle up and give it all you've got.
The final week of September is always a biggie for closing parties in Ibiza, and 2019 is no exception. Things are looking pretty exciting and a whopping 20 parties will close its doors. Over the next 7 days, we are looking at a real marathon of incredible day to night parties one after the other and often overlapping in the calendar.
Whether you're a seasonal worker making the most of your final weeks in paradise, or a music fanatic heading out for a week of sensational lineups, see below for all the information you need to ensure you spend your dancing time wisely. MONDAY 23 SEPTEMBER
1. Pyramid | Amnesia Ibiza
In association with Sunwaves Festival, Pyramid will celebrate its closing on Monday 23 September after a second successful season bringing back old school Ibiza vibes in Amnesia every two weeks.
Ricardo Villalobos will return alongside Luca Donzelli and Nina Kraviz, who will be playing an exclusive house set. Completing the bill for the main room, Arapu and Gescu will be going back-to-back. Over in the club room will be Paco Osuna, Cuartero B2B Mar-T, Paul Ritch and Fer BR.
2. Glow Neon Party | Es Paradis
The evil little sister of 'Fiesta Del Agua' brings you the final fluorescent explosion of colours at GLOW inside the colosseum style dance floor. The venue and party have become a staple in Ibiza and a super-fun alternative to a hard-hitting club night. Taking place in the heart of San Antonio,
it's your last chance to get neonized on Monday 23 September and make unforgettable memories.
TUESDAY 24 SEPTEMBER
1. Tomorrowland | Ushuaïa Ibiza
EDM bigwigs Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike return to the Garden of Madness inside the dance mecca Ushuaïa for an explosive finale this Tuesday. Where have the past 15 weeks gone? It's been a season of big room names, relentless EDM, house music and pure mayhem.
Expect even bigger production and visuals during the final showdown and get ready to jump all night long with help from R3HAB, Bassjackers, Yves V, Maurice West and DJ Licious.
2. Craig David's TS5 Pool Party | Ibiza Rocks
The multi-platinum selling star will bring his hugely popular, energetic and sun-drenched TS5 Pool Party residency to an end on 24 September. It will be the old-school legends fourth summer on the White Isle. With a selection of top-notch residents and undeniably catchy beats, Craig David's TS5 legacy lives on for another year.
Expect the ultimate summer playlist consisting of all the best house, hip-hop and dance classics. Besides the usual fire performance from Craig David, Radio 1 presenter MistaJam, UK rapper Yungen and Ibiza Rocks resident Patrick Nazemi will be taking care of tunes.
3. Bodyworks | Hï Ibiza
BODYWORKS is a match made in house music heaven and it can easily be crowned as one of the most talked-about success stories on the White Isle this summer. Alongside a selection of chart-topping hits in 2019 including 'XTC', 'Be Someone' and 'You Little Beauty', the heavyweight head honchos have banged brains to create a realm of dance music magic inside the innovative venue, Hï Ibiza.
CamelPhat, Solardo and Fisher are names known by the likes of every young clubber and BODYWORKS has attracted some of the busiest crowds the venue has ever witnessed. Enzo Siragusa and Del-30 will play in the Theatre before CamelPhat and Solardo perform a very special 4 hour back-to-back for the final time. Fisher will be raising the temperature in the club room as he will be performing all night long - what a treat! Get ready to rumble.
WEDNESDAY 25 SEPTEMBER
1. Dance or Die | Ushuaia Ibiza
Dance legend Nic Fanciulli will bring his newest house and tech party concept 'Dance or Die' to an end this Wednesday. Carl Cox is invited back for the explosive outdoor closings after joining forces with Fanciulli to welcome the residency to the island back in June.
It's been a buoyant 11 weeks full of non-stop dancing and the celebrations continue with yet another talented roster pencilled in for the finale; Brina Knauss, Cassy and Alex Kennon will accompany Coxy and Nic Fanciulli on this special extravaganza. Do not make the wrong decision. Dance? Or Die?
2. Water Party, Fiesta Del Agua | Es Paradise
Es Paradis will turn off the water on Wednesday 25 September, which means it will be the last opportunity for you to dance knee-deep at Fiesta del Agua and experience one of the most traditional and original parties on the island - it's an absolute must-do! Put on your swimming trunks and take the dive. It's the perfect shindig to end a playful holiday of memories and laughs.
3. Bongo's Bingo | Ibiza rocks
Bongo's Bingo's third season in Ibiza transformed the 'home of the pool party' into a wild party venue, dance-off space and crazy bingo location with a bizarre soundtrack and opportunity to win novelty prizes.
You never really know what is going to happen next and we imagine the closing party will be of the weirdest day-time clubbing experiences of them all. Don't miss the closing bonanza and you could be flying home with a Henry Hoover, a box of coco pops or potentially a fantastic cash prize! Let's BINGO!
THURSDAY 26 SEPTEMBER
1. Abode | Amnesia
Abode go out with a bang on Thursday 26 September. In the Terrace of Amnesia, you have DJ Award Winner for 'Best House DJ' Kerri Chandler. To top that off, some very exciting house music selectors in the industry will be on support; from likes of the talented Cuartero, Danny Howard, Second City and resident GW Harrison. It doesn't get much better than this.
2. Maktub by Satori | Heart Ibiza
The multi-instrumentalist Satori brings his new event Maktub in Marina Botafoch to an end this week. If you're yet to visit HEART Ibiza on Thursday evening then check out the glamorous venue for a unique cinematographic experience where visual art mixes perfectly with the sounds thanks to the genius talents of the Dutch electronic wizard. It's an incredibly engrossing party and it offers a special piece of live magic you will struggle to witness elsewhere.
3. DJ EZ Eluzive Pool Party | Ibiza Rocks
The champion of UK Garage DJ EZ will be ending his debut residency at Ibiza Rocks Hotel with more bassline, old school anthems and lest we forget ENERGY than ever before - and it's all going down on 26 September.
Ibiza Rocks have provided a summer roster filled with a range of live music and genres from hip-hop and grime to DnB, house and back. EZ has been a crucial headliner to provide an alternative outdoor partying experience for the old-school ravers and those who wish to shy away from heavy techno. Joining the finale will be Crazy Cousinz, Patrick Nazemi, Taype Deck and K1R3Y.
FRIDAY 27 SEPTEMBER
1. Amnesia Presents & Do Not Sleep | Amnesia
Splitting the closing party into two separate events, DNS and Amnesia Present's have already boxed off show one-of-two last Friday. The forthcoming Friday will be the final party and if the last shindig is anything to go by then we are in for another awesome night. 2. Cuckoo Land Pool Party | Ibiza Rocks Hotel
Friday's in Ibiza has been about Cuckoo Land. On 27 September, it's a double-closing party celebration as we wave goodbye to the free-spirited tech-house residency and the doors to Ibiza Rocks Hotel will close until next year.
Frontman Sonny Fodera will headline for a final time and the remainder of the pool-party will include sets from Toolroom's finest Weiss and Huxley, Jamie Roy, Drew Moreland and more. Click here to check out the action from Cuckoo Land earlier in the season.
3. Children of the 80s | Hard Rock Cafe Ibiza
It's your last chance to leave the techno behind for the nostalgic beats of the 80s and 90s as the magnificent Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza will host the final jovial party Children of the 80s on Friday 27 September. Namely, with Barbara Tucker, N-Trance and a selection of tribute acts, there will be something for everybody to enjoy (guilty pleasure or not!).
On this night, the Children of the 80s welcome Snap! We can guarantee that you will have nothing but fun!
SATURDAY 28 SEPTEMBER
1. Wildchild | Heart Ibiza
Wildchild arrives at Heart Ibiza on 28 September to bring together all people for a full immersion in the 90's atmosphere for an unforgettable closing party. The Game Over team successfully introduced this exciting, new party concept and genre to the White Isle in 2019 and furthermore recognised on Clubtickets list of winners of 'Best New Ibiza Residencies'.
Smythy, Jamie Mannion, Dave Mantra, Jeremy Weeks and more will be spinning old-school grooves a final time along with a special guest yet to be announced. This Saturday, follow your Nineties Heart!
2. ANTS | Ushuaia Ibiza
One thing's for sure, the ANTS colony know how to throw a show-stopping closing party. The international party ANTS set up their Metropolis in Ushuaïa and has taken Ibiza by storm once again. Saturday 28 September will be your final chance to join the colony.
Expect the biggest names in tech-house, alongside brand ambassador and four-deck maestro Andrea Oliva as well as staggering production, impressive AV and extra-leg-laden dancers. This season’s closing line-up will include Dublin, Francisco Allendes, Joris Voorn, Solardo and Steve Lawler.
3. Elrow | Amnesia
The global phenomenon elrow has continued to thrill thousands of tourists and locals at Amnesia in 2019. If you have not experienced an elrow party, then an invitation to the grand closing party on Saturday 28 September is an offer you must accept. On this date, the theme will be Kaos Garden. Put on your most wild and vibrant attire, take a bundle of hilarious Instagram photos and make unforgettable dancefloor memories.
Spinning the beats throughout the wacky farewell fiesta are Eats Everything, Marc Maya, Bastian Bux and Toni Varga. Paco Osuna will be headlining in the Club Room and perform an epic five-hour closing set. elrow Ibiza will end with a BANG and tons and tons of confetti explosions!
4. Es Paradis / Urban Policy Closing
A brand new party where the music Policy is strictly Urban which is the perfect word to describe the many genres of music being played every week including, Hip Hop, RnB, Bashment, Afrobeats & Reggaeton. With all the finest Urban DJ's on the island plus special guests from around the world, this is an Urban Party you don't want to miss. On Saturday, we bid farewell Es Paradis with Urban Policy.
SUNDAY 29 SEPTEMBER
1. Apollonia Presents Planet Claire | Octan club
The ambiguous new party concept Planet Claire has had a triumphant debut season at the re-branded club, Octan. Dan, Dyed and Shonky, better known as Apollonia, will conduct an immersive all night long set in The Lab and wave goodbye to their first Ibiza residency in style. Expect a mesmerizing back-to-back session and a relentless selection of melodic house and techno. This will be exciting.
2. SAGA | Heart Ibiza
Bedouin's Sunday night party SAGA has welcomed some of the world's hottest DJ's to Heart Ibiza. Over 19 weeks, the talented duo has delivered a musical journey directed at a more mature audience alongside the likes of Luciano, Black Coffee, Jamie Jones, Guy Gerber and more. On Sunday, Damian Lazarus will join the finale.
Last week, SAGA was crowned the winner of Best Ibiza Night at the DJ Awards. Therefore, it's the final time to enjoy the best party on the island at Heart Ibiza and lose yourself in the music.
