Many of the queries we receive can be resolved with the answers below. Please only contact us if your question is not answered in this section or in the FAQ section.

If when trying to make a purchase in Clubtickets your purchase is not completed, this can be due to several reasons:
  • You are trying to pay with an AMEX credit card and we do not accept this method of payment:
    Try another method of payment.
  • Your card does not have the 3DS/ PSD2/ SCA security system:
    Our card payment system only supports cards that have been approved for 3DSecure Payments, which means double authentication (from the bank app, sms, etc.) by the customer. If your card doesn't work with 3DS/ PSD2/ SCA, try another card or use PayPal.
  • I am getting Error codes 190, 184, 118:
    Here you will find the specific reason for each error.

    If your card still will not process the payment, try another card or use PayPal.
  • I want to buy at a physical point of sale in Ibiza:
    We have official points of sale at the following locations:
    • PLAYA D’EN BOSSA: Reception of the following hotels: JET Apartments, Vibra Mare Nostrum, Vibra Algarb.
    • SAN ANTONIO: Reception of any hotel of the Vibra Hotels
We cannot change the date of your tickets but you can cancel them and re-purchase them for the correct date or simply just cancel them, if the date hasn’t passed.

If the cancellation option is not available and the event has not yet started, please contact us with the subject “URGENT“ at help@clubtickets.com

If the event has already finished, unfortunately, your tickets cannot be cancelled. All information about our cancellation policy here: https://www.clubtickets.com/terms-of-service
All tickets purchased using the same email address will always have the same name. This is correct and you won't have any problems at the door.
