I want to buy more than 10 tickets for the same date
For security reasons, a maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per transaction. If there are more than 10 friends, contact us and we will provide you with different payment methods as well as inform you of the offers available for groups.
Do I need to register to buy tickets?
NO. We want your purchase with Clubtickets to be easy and quick, so we will only ask for an email address to send you the tickets and a phone number in case we need to contact you quickly and directly.
The tickets I want are sold out or not available
Venues have limited capacity that varies from one to another, and the most demanded parties sell tickets online quickly.
But don't worry, if the tickets are sold out, more may go on sale later. If this happens, at Clubtickets, as an official seller, we will have them, and you will be the first to know. Which payment methods can I use to buy tickets?
On our website, you can pay with your VISA or Mastercard credit or debit card (AMEX not accepted). You can also pay with your PayPal account, Bizum, ApplePay, and GooglePay.
I can't enter my card details
If after selecting the tickets and clicking on “pay with card” a dropdown with the screen where you have to enter your card information does not open, it is most likely that your Internet connection is slow. Please try the purchase again from another device or make sure the wifi or data connection is good.
Card payment does not work
Our card payment system only supports cards that have approved 3D Secure Payments, which translates into double authentication by the customer. This double authentication is a benefit for the buyer as it eliminates fraud and only allows online purchases to be made by the cardholder with total security. This additional validation depends on each bank. Some ask that you validate the transaction from your bank's mobile app, others send you an SMS to the mobile linked to the card, and sometimes, each customer has a personal code to authorize online payments.
I enter all the data, and the page does not respond
If you have not authorized the purchase with 3DS (previous question) and the confirmation screen of your bank does not load, probably, your internet connection is very slow and the session has expired. Try again from another device. If the error occurs after validating the payment and our purchase confirmation has not appeared, please check if your bank has made the charge. If so, contact us at [email protected] providing a screenshot of the charge, and we will check the status of your purchase.
My card is not set up with 3DS
It is increasingly common for internet payments to require double authentication with 3DS, so most banks configure their cards with this secure system by default. If you still do not have it configured, contact your bank, and they will help you activate it. If you prefer, you can also pay using your PayPal account.

Do I have to carry printed tickets?
Most venues have a ticket validation system through scanning the code. Therefore, you must carry your tickets printed or as an e-ticket on your mobile so they can be validated.
I have lost my tickets
If you printed your tickets and can't find them or have lost them, you can reprint them from your email.
Important: Tickets can only be validated once at the venue entrance. Therefore, the rest of the copies would not be valid under any circumstances. For this reason, if you have lost your printed tickets, we recommend going to the venue as soon as possible on the day of the event to prevent someone else from entering the party with your tickets.
I have not received or cannot find the email with the attached tickets
Check the Spam folder. If it is not there, contact us at [email protected] with the buyer's details and the credit card / PayPal account used in the purchase, and we will resend the email.
What do I need to bring on the day of the event?
The printed tickets or the e-ticket saved on your mobile. Identification: ID card or Passport. All attendees must carry valid and original identification.
There is an error in the name that appears on the tickets. All tickets have the same name
If the name on the ticket is incorrect or the person listed cannot go to the event, contact us, and we will do everything possible to make the necessary changes.
If, on the other hand, the same name appears on all tickets, do not worry. This is correct if that person is going to the party. If not, contact us, and we will change the name to one of the attendees.
Is there a mandatory minimum age to enter the clubs?
Yes, you must be over 18 years old to enter any club. There are some events in particular that allow minors accompanied by their parents or guardian, in which case, this information will be visible during the purchase process.
Is there a dress code?
Each venue has its own admission requirements. We recommend consulting them before going to the event. In some parties, entry with sportswear or beachwear, for example, is not allowed.
Likewise, and as a general rule, entry with bags (except for small bags), suitcases or backpacks, as well as professional photo and video cameras, is prohibited.
Can I bring food or drink to the event?
Generally, entry to the venue with food and drink from outside is prohibited.
Is there readmission to the parties?
No, all tickets are for single admission. If you leave the venue, you will have to buy another ticket to re-enter.

CANCELLATION of Ibiza party tickets
I cannot attend the event, can I return the tickets?
If you have contracted the 360 Cancellation Insurance, you can cancel your tickets and you will receive the full amount of the tickets without having to give us any justification. For this, you must contact us at [email protected] 24 hours before the event's opening.
The money will be returned to the same credit card / PayPal account that made the payment within 15 working days.
The event has been canceled or changed date
It is rare for an event in Ibiza to be canceled. If this happens, we would do everything possible to inform you of the changes and how to proceed as soon as possible.
