First of all, it's important to highlight that only cards with the double authentication security system 3DS/ PSD2/ SCA will be able to complete the payment on our website. This means that, following European regulations, to ensure that only the card owner makes the payment, the issuing bank will request double authentication (from your bank's app, SMS to your mobile, etc.) to complete the online payment.
If you do not have to perform this double authentication when making online payments normally, then your card will not process the payment on our website. In this case, try to make the payment using Apple Pay or PayPal.
Spanish cards are equipped with 3DS/ PSD2/SCA so if your payment errors out using a Spanish card, the error is due to other reasons.
In addition to the 3DS filter, we have other security filters active to prevent mass purchases. Therefore, wait at least 24 hours for the security parameters to reset and you will be able to buy on our website again.
If the payment or payment confirmation screen takes too long to load, it may be due to a low Internet connection. Check with your bank that no charge has been made on our behalf (Clubtickets or Only Tickets SL) and try again when you have an optimal Internet signal.
The most common error with international cards is that they do not pass the 3DS/ PSD2/ SCA filter of our website since it is not mandatory to have it active outside of Spain. In Spain and increasingly in other countries, this system is automatically implemented to ensure the security of merchants and users.
You can activate this feature by speaking with your bank or use the alternative of Apple Pay (usually works in most cases) and PayPal (works in 99% of payments).
