First of all, note that only cards with the 3DS/ PSD2/ SCA double authentication security system will be able to complete the payment on our website. This means that, following European regulations, to ensure that only the owner of the card makes the payment, the issuing bank will request a double authentication (from your bank's app, sms to your mobile, etc.) in order to complete the online payment.
If you don't normally have to do this double authentication when purchasing online, then your card won't probably process the payment in our website. To do this, try making the payment using Apple Pay or PayPal.
Spanish cards have the 3DS/ PSD2/SCA activated so if your payment fails using a Spanish card, the error is due to other reasons.
In addition to the 3DS filter, we have other security filters in place to prevent mass purchases. Therefore, please wait at least 24 hours for the security settings to reset and you will be able to shop on our website again.
If it takes a long time for the payment or payment confirmation screen to load, it may be due to a low Internet connection. Check with your bank to make sure that you have not been charged by us (Clubtickets or Only Tickets SL) and try again when you have an optimal Internet signal.
The most common mistake with international cards is that they do not pass the 3DS/ PSD2/ SCA filter on our website, as outside Spain it is not compulsory to have it active. In Spain and in more and more countries this system is implemented automatically to guarantee the security of merchants and customers.
You can activate this functionality by talking to your bank or use the alternative of Apple Pay (usually works in most cases) and PayPal (works in 99% of payments).
