Miss Monique
Ukraine's Green Queen of Progressive House
Born Olesia Arkusha in Kropyvnytskyi, Ukraine in 1992, Miss Monique started DJing at sixteen and built her following the hard way — through relentless touring and a YouTube channel that became a phenomenon in its own right. Her Mind Games and MiMo Weekly podcast series racked up hundreds of millions of views, with single uploads regularly surpassing ten million. By 2016 she had performed in over forty countries, and in 2019 she launched Siona Records, which would go on to become one of Beatport's top-selling progressive house labels.
Her tracks "Concorde", "Subterranean" and "Nomacita" have become fixtures on progressive dancefloors worldwide. She remixed David Guetta, Moby and Madonna, appeared on Tomorrowland's main stage, and in 2025 made history as the first Ukrainian woman to hold a residency at Hï Ibiza. Her signature green hair and green-lit Club Room became one of the most recognisable visuals of the summer.
