Anyma
An Innovative Musical Project
Anyma is the solo project of Matteo Milleri, an Italian-American DJ and producer, known for his work as part of the duo Tale of Us and co-founder of Afterlife Records. Launched in 2021, Anyma merges electronic music with digital art, offering a unique sensory experience that transcends traditional boundaries of music and visual art.
Anyma's debut came with the EP "Claire" in June 2021, released through Rose Avenue Records. This EP featured collaborations with artists such as Janus Rasmussen and Delhia de France, and stood out for including the world's first full-size, high-definition NFT music video, created by Berlin-based artist Marigoldff and the IOR50 studio. In July 2021, Anyma released his second EP, "Sentient," through Afterlife Records, showcasing a darker and more experimental sound. Later, in August 2023, he released his debut album "Genesys," exploring themes of technology, nature, humanity, and coexistence, with collaborations from artists like Grimes, Sevdaliza, CamelPhat, Chris Avantgarde, Rebuke, and Cassian. A year later, in August 2024, he released "Genesys II," continuing the exploration of these themes and solidifying his unique style in the electronic music scene.
Anyma is also the first electronic artist to headline the Sphere in Las Vegas, an event that took place on December 31, 2024, marking the end of the "Genesys" tour. This audiovisual show integrated cutting-edge music and digital art, offering an immersive experience that blended the physical and digital. Additionally, Anyma has collaborated with Dolby to celebrate the transcendent experience of music in Dolby Atmos, highlighting his commitment to technological innovation in music.
With a career in constant evolution, Anyma continues to challenge the boundaries of electronic music and digital art, offering unique experiences that connect with audiences globally.
