Appetizers to choose:

-  Shrimp Croquettes with Shrimp Tartare:  creamy béchamel, sautéed shrimp, shrimp tartare .

- Steak Tartare: Dijonaise, egg yolk , focaccia toast.

- Cesar Salad: Parmesan frico, garlic croutons, lemon zest.

Main to choose:

- Hell's Kitchen Burger: double smash patty, white cheddar, tomato, lettuce, hellfire aioli.

- Crispy Skin Salmon: coconut green curry, Thai apple slaw.

- Free-range Truffled Chicken Cannelloni: chicken tenderloin filling, béchamel, demi-glace.
