- Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza operate an over 18s policy. Anyone under the age of 18 will be refused entry. All attendants must take a valid ID.
- Ushuaïa Ibiza is open from 1300 to 00:00. Hï Ibiza is open from 23:00 to Close.
- Lineups, opening, closing and set times are not fixed and may change on the day. 
- Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza will not be held responsible for adverse weather conditions. Selfie sticks are not allowed.
- No re-entry allowed, once you exit the venue, you´ll have to pay again to access. Keep your ticket until the event has ended.
- Ticket refunds for a cancelled event can be requested during the 48 hours following the canceled event.
- Attendants are responsible for their personal property at all times and should never leave their belongings unattended.
