Harvey Haddon Sports Centre

Nottingham first garnered fame through its medieval Sheriff's legendary battles with Robin Hood. Ironically archery competitions are not featured in the extensive roster of events at the Harvey Haddon Sports Centre to the west of the city.

Combat in the form of boxing, martial arts and the ever-vicious cage warriors bouts is engaged in on a regular basis but crossbows are strictly forbidden.

Doors open at 5.30pm and the action usually finishes sometime after 10. VIP tables including buffet, wine and waitress service are available.

Other athletic activities at the complex include 5-a-side football, trampolining, badminton, juggling and cycling, the favoured past time of the man after whom the venue is named.
