That?s right, after the hugely successful first party that saw a sold out crowd of the coolest, happiest people partying in a Napoleonic cave system we return for our second and final instalment for 2008!

Fort Amherst is the stunning setting for this unique event. This winding system of Caves, plays host to the cutting edge sounds supplied by the country?s best DJs.

We have listened to all your feedback from the first event and we will be making this party even better! To enhance your experience we will have extra toilets, a cloakroom, a bigger bar near the main Cave, new bar located next to the smoking area, bigger drink selection and, last but no means least, a third cave of music! As it?s November and the weather will be cold we are moving the outdoor stage inside.

This event also sees our strongest line up to date, with two of the country's hottest new acts headlining the Mode and Babyshake Caves.

First up in the Mode Cave we are delighted to introduce SAYTEK. Saytek is a London based house and techno live act/producer who's improvised shows see him creating electronic music on the fly with the aid of his many toys (Roland mc909, Novation Ziosynth, DJM 800, Redsound looper, Kaos Pad 3 + Ableton). His edgy sound is genre-defying taking in elements of Detroit techno, the new minimal-tech phenomenon, tough house grooves and deeper leftfield beats. As well as arranging everything live Saytek's unique style is also defined by firing samples, re-sampling and layering 909 and 808 drum patterns into the mix. His performances have taken him to Europe?s top venues where his unique take on live dance music has earned him the reputation among many as one of the best underground live acts around. Saytek?s productions have been picked up by some of the biggest names in dance music including Laurent Garnier, Claude von stroke, Tim Sheridan, David Duriez, Kevin Saunderson, Clive Henry, Phil Kieran, Carl Cox, and John Digweed. His records have turned up on the play lists of Radio 1, Kiss 100 and ministry of sound radio.

Completing the Mode line up are Mode residents MODE:REPEAT (Duncan K & Dom Creswell), Techno junkie ASHLEY MCKENNA and Rebel Beat Factions?s ALI RAISE.

Over in the Babyshake breaks Cave we are pleased to welcome Brighton hot-property and Krafty Kuts protégé ADSORB. Resident @ Supercharged and White Rhino in Brighton, DJ ADSORB is being tipped as the next big thing and you can see why. A DJ for over 19 years it?s now from some cheeky re edits and thumping sets that he is finally getting the recognition he deserves.

Completing the Babyshake line up are Brap FM?s EVIL KEG & NAPSAK, Babyshake?s own main man JAMES ALLARDYCE and Dover Booty breaks don SMALL FRY!

In our all new third Cave expect Indie, New Rave, Dub Step and Electro of the highest calibre from a host of special guests!

We are also pleased to announce that for this event we will be teaming up with Maidstone institution The Source Bar to present the official Rave in the Caves afterparty! Entry is free for anyone who attends the Rave in the Caves and goes on right through until 7am!
