Halo Promo New Years Day Party

on 1st Jan 2008 from 12:00PM to 12:00AM

This is an intimate event for 600 of our best members and features 3 rooms of music including minimal tech, house and soulful beats spread across 12 hours. New years day has become a firm feature in our party calendar. Previous years have seen awesome events at The Ministry of Sound, The End and various other venues. This year we host our first event at The Island, a prospect that promises to continue our tradition of starting the year as we mean to go on. The line up features our residents and regular guests rather than big names as it is these people who are the life and soul of Halo, a factor that we ill be celebrating on the 1st of January. As promoters, we usually avoid the obvious and over priced clichés of throwing New Years Eve parties. These are often over hyped anti climaxes. This year we are also steering clear of the messy early morning after party format too, instead opting for a mid day start. This means, whatever you are doing on New Years Eve you can go home, sort your self out and maybe even sleep before enjoying a slightly more sophisticated event with Halo from the after noon onwards.
