Frantic is a UK promoter who have been boshing it out ferociously since 1997. If you've never been to a hard house event, the energy and volume is astounding. In fact given the relentless nature of both the music and the entertainment schedule, it's quite remarkable Frantic are still putting on parties ten years after they started. They've thrived by pulling off the tricky trick of diversifying their brand while at the same time staying faithful to the ethos that put them there in the first place. Frantic have successfully broken new ground by bringing a glammed up gigs to Ministry of Sound and Turnmills, and regularly provide a funky house room at their SeOne parties. At the other end of the BPM scale are the Convergence parties for those who can never have it hard enough. Frantic have also upped the production values to complement the music. That means lasers you can see from the moon, lavish decorations and massive, well-staffed cloakrooms all of which have an uplifting effect on their clientele. It's not just about a stack of speakers in a disused railway arch anymore, altho that's the basic formula, it's a lifestyle.
