Lost, stolen or damaged tickets
Postal Tickets
If you have been sent postal tickets and they have been lost or stolen, then unfortunately you will need to buy a replacement ticket. We regret that no refunds are available.
E-Tickets/SMS tickets
If the ticket is an E-Ticket then you can print off a duplicate from your User Account.
If you need us to send you a duplicate SMS ticket because you have deleted the original or lost your mobile phone, please call our Customer Service Team who will arrange this for you.
