There aren't many leafy avenues or Wagyu beef burger joints in this part of town but neither are there posh neighbours complaining about the noise in the pre-dawn hours.

Handiness to an established night life center like Shoreditch helps. The tube stop is North Greenwich which straddles zones 2 and 3 on the Jubilee line.
