Whatever your taste in music, Romford in Essex is still the site of much energetic exhibitionism. Popular club Pacific Edge for example has hosted numerous events ranging from sublime house to commercial garage and has also followed the trend towards guitar-based indie sounds.

The 600 capacity venue has two floors each with its own bars and sound system and distinctive Teletubbies-meets-Salvador Dali decor.

Disabled clubbers will be pleased to note there is wheelchair accesss to the club and the toilets.

Wearers of hoodies and sports gear will not be granted entry. Jeans and smart trainers are ok.
