Funktion Rooms
The Funktion Rooms is Eastbourne's new, purpose built music venue - opened in November 2006.
It's divided into 3 distinctly different rooms - each with it's own unique design and ethos. The Gallery (main room), the Sub Club (basement) and The Penthouse (top floor). Each room is fully kitted out with kick arse sound by Funktion One.
Entertainment is diverse across all 3 rooms, 5 nights a week, covering all forms of dance music including deep and jackin house grooves, breaks, electro, minimal, funky house, Drum & Bass, Hip Hop and much more, with some of the leading brands and DJ's from the scene.
Recent visitors include Seamus Haji, Soul Avengerz, Ali B, Prime Cuts, Funkagenda, D Ramirez, DJ Zinc, Bryan Gee, Nicky Blackmarket, Twisted Individual and many more, as well as Cream, Subliminal Sessions and Ministry of Sound tours.
