Southern Fried Records, the brain child of Norman Cook aka Fatboy Slim, are undoubtedly one of the UK’s most notorious record labels, with a history spanning decades of high hitting quality releases, never compromising, earning them much deserved worldwide reputation and respect.

They join with Orange, Fire’s famous Sunday-nighter and London’s longest running weekly party, to celebrate the release of a highly anticipated remix of the iconic house record “77 Strings” by Mantronix, by our very own Orange resident Hifi Sean.

Back from a month of touring the US, Hifi is ready to rock Fire’s main arena with the fruits of his labour, having applied his inimitable style that we all know and love in the studio to “77 Strings”. Joining Hifi to represent Southern Fried we welcome 2 DJs that are rocking the London scene at the moment and who have also released on Southern Fried in recent months. Tom Stephan joins Hifi Sean and our very own rulin resident Fat Tony in the main room, having rocked Orange recently with his New York tinged, pure house sound.

In room2 RAW is back and rocking, bringing the sound of the future to the now. Long-term legend David Jimenez is joined by James Pople, a rising star in the underground house scene, fresh from sets at Creche, Ministry, Fabric and Cocoon Frankfurt, and support of his releases from the likes of Groove Armada, Huxley & Noir.
