On Friday 25th March The Neal Turkington Nepal project, NTNP, is bringing together a number of London’s leading underground artists for a night of musical bliss, with 100% of all proceeds going to the charity. The project has a target of £55,000 and already over half way there, this event is to aid them in reaching that target.
The NTNP is a non profit organisation set up in memory of Neal Turkington. Neal was killed in Afghanistan while on service with the 1 Royal Gurkha Rifles on July 13.
Neal was passionate about two things, the Gurkhas and his humanitarian work. To build a fitting legacy to him, Neals friends and family have partnered with the Gurkha welfare trust to fund a school project in Nepal.
The school for 465 seriously deprived children will be in Thansing village in the southwest corner of Lamjung district and will change their lives drastically.
