In a world where making a quick buck seems to be the norm, we are taking things back to when quality mattered most. A brand new monthly Midlands event; Distorted Soul, promises to deliver the sound of tomorrow through the music of today, yet never straying from the roots of true house music.

We start as we mean to go on, by providing the UK debut platform of a global DJ/ Producing icon. All the way from Philadelphia, USA, this innovator has been reshaping Dance, Funk and Hip-Hop for over 20 years. In 1990 he invented the Deep House sound, and since then, provided his own striking vocals to many classic house tunes including Bar A Thym by Kerri Chandler and collaborated with the Grammy winner, Little Louie Vega. So making his UK debut, at the beginning of a new chapter in dance music parties is none other than jOHHNY DANGEROUs (from Foremost Poets), who will entertain you in the gorgeous surroundings of a refurbished church in the heart of Worcester.

Starring alongside jOHNNY will be “We Want Deep House” DJ/ Producer; Scottie The Bomb. He will be joined by London’s own Equilibrium (House Hunting & Unknown FM) and new rising stars Soulful Grooves & Anouj (Soul Seductive).

Expect Deep, Soulful peak-time house from the beginning. We have no warm up! It’s straight into the action so dress to express but also to sweat, because the infectious grooves coming out of the huge sound system will take you back to a time when it was just about the music.
