The effortlesly cool Hat-Club returns to London with an Ibiza flavoured house music fiesta!

Saturday 11th September is the date for your diary, Hat-Club are taking over both the rooms of The Lightbox for what is set to be one very special party.

In the main room we see a welcome return of Hat-Club favourite Jonathan Ulysses, if you have been to Space, Ibiza in the last 11 years you will have heard this man play one of his legendary sets on the terrace, if not then you will have danced to some his tracks whether it is one of his solo ventures or a collaboration with top notch producers like Tom Neville, Prok & Fitch, and Matt Schwartz to name only a few.

Also in the main room will be Sonny Wharton (Whartone Records) and making his Hat-Club debut Ridney (Defected), both of these guys are certainly making 2010 their year. Sonny’s Whartone Records is going from strength to strength and Sonny himself has played at some massive festivals this year including Gods Kitchen and Whickerman and all this while championing the Nextbeat (the instrument for creative DJ’s). Ridney, with his good friend James Talk, have been behind two massive club hits in the last year with ‘West End Girls’ and their most recent release ‘Forever’ both destroying dancefloor wherever they are played, he has also remixed the number one track from Flo Rider (ft David Guetta) "Club Can’t Handle Me”. Hat-Club are really looking forward to hearing the sets from these guys and also seeing what funky headwear they choose for the night. Joining Sonny and Ridney are two Hat-Club residents, Lewi Five 0, who has recently produced a track with Sonny Wharton and is also a pro DJ for the Nextbeat, and Danny Keaston.

Headlining the Underground Room is Gina Star (Toolroom), Gina is a DJ & producer originally from Dallas, Texas and after moving to LA in 2006 to further her career, she was hailed by the LA Times and E! Entertainment as one of the most talented and sought after DJ’s in the city. She moved across the pond to the UK in 2009 to further her DJ & production career, and she is a currently a resident DJ for Toolroom Knights. Gina is heading up a line-up of DJ’s that will be taking things a little darker in our second room and we can’t wait to hear her play her first Hat-Club set.
