Popstarz "Under the sea" Pride Afterparty

It's been a few years since we threw a special 'after pride' party in Brighton so we thought we'd pull out all the stops this year...

After the Pride Party in the park join the popstarz gang on Brighton seafront at the beautiful Coalition Club for a night of Indie, Pop and RnB underwater fun and frolics.

Grab your speedos and bikinis and head to the seafront for two rooms of underwater popstarz party madness.

Room 1: The Indie Rock Pool

Dance amongst the fishes with Dj’s Laurence and Linzi Symons and their fishy friends as they delight you with indie and indie pop old and new. Expect to hear everything from Alphabeat to Aerosmith! and from Blur to Bloc Party!

Room 2: The Mermaid's Pop Pool

Pop and RnB Ahoy as we delve into the groovy waters of sheer musical pleasure. We'll be fishing up hidden treasures like Dusty Springfield and Abba as well as catching current classics by Kie$ha, Beyonce and Lady Gaga served up by Boogaloo Stu, Lady Bex, DJ Philly and Dennis the Menace.

The Coalition is one of Brighton's best venues, with it's vaulted Cathedral like main room and swish second room plus an outdoor smoking area and not to mention that it's right on Brighton Beach in full sight of the world famous Brighton Pier.

Plus we are adding a splash of underwater decor and there'll be a swashbuckling sea themed giveaway in the main room when you hear 'Rock Lobster' by the B52's.

Please note we're putting all our efforts into the after party this year so there will be no popstarz tent at the Pride Park festival this year. Hopefully we'll be back in the park next year.
