Jubilee line scheduled closure:

The Jubilee line to North Greenwich is suspended for upgrade works this Saturday 21st November – here are your alternatives to plan your journey to matter:

Tube rail replacement service: Get the Central line to Stratford and the rail replacement service to The O2, which takes approx. 10-15 minutes.

Free Boat Shuttle from East India DLR: Take the DLR to East India station and use the FREE BOAT SHUTTLE services running between Reuters Pier and The O2. The DLR will be running a normal service and boat services will depart every 5-7 minutes between 13:00 and 24:00. The walk between East India DLR and the river pier is approximately 250 meters. The route will be clearly sign posted and manned by London Underground staff. Please make sure you have a valid travel card, tube or DLR ticket before you travel.

Boat: The Thames Clippers run every 30mins from central London piers inc. London Bridge and Waterloo (Waterloo Pier is located directly under the London Eye).

Bus: Buses 108, 188, 129, 472, 486, 422, 161 all service North Greenwich (from destinations such as Stratford, Charlton, Blackheath, Greenwich, Lewisham, Woolwich, Eltham, North Kent, Elephant and Castle, Waterloo, Holborn and Russell Square) – the 486, 472 and 161 all run from Charlton mainline station to North Greenwich.

Car / Taxi: There is ample parking at the O2 – postcode is SE10 0DX. Use Car Parks 2 & 4 for best value parking. Taxi fares from East London via the Blackwall Tunnel are very reasonable (please note the tunnel is shut southbound on Sundays from 1am til 8am)
