Hi-Tek-Soul returns for another wicked night on Saturday 17th October with some very special guests to celebrate our 3rd year of awesome parties at the Ministry of Sound.
The last 3 years have seen an array of hugely talented dj's & live acts join Derrick, Jim & Stacey on one of the worlds finest soundsystems at arguably the world's most famous club. Highlights have to include the head bobbing Burden brothers tearing up the Box as Octave One, Ken Ishii bring his futuristic japanese take on techno over and smashing it, Francois K playing alongside Derrick as The Cosmic Twins, Rolando & Kevin Saunderson keeping Detroit real and a multitude of other guests helping make Hi-Tek-Soul one of the hottest nights in the UK.
For the birthday we are privileged to welcome Detroits Carl Craig who will be playing alongside Derrick in the main room. Carl is recognised as one of electronic musics most gifted and visionary producers with a string of seminal releases and remixes going back to the early 90's. His 'More Songs About Food And Revolutionary Art' album is considered to be one of dance musics finest moments.
This is the first time that Derrick & Carl have played together in London since the mid 90's at Jim's legendary 'Open All Hours' night. We couldn't think of a more fitting way to celebrate our 3rd birthday, it's a very special event not to be missed.
To support such an amazing line up in the Box we've put together one of our strongest bar line up's to date with secretsundaze James Priestly & Giles Smith being joined by Simple's Will Saul and a live performance from hot properties Dan Berkson & James What.
Cult brighton night Analogue return to the newly revamped loft whilst Hi-Tek-Soul regulars Holic bring us Tomoki Tamura plus special guest Satoshi Otsuki from legendary tokyo club Womb.
Top Music, top night..........
