The Brothers Grimm
New Years Eve 2008
Once upon a time, in a land far far from here lived two brothers by the name of Grimm. Now the Grimms had the hardest of starts to life with both parents dead before their 11th year and barely a needle & thread to call their own, but they always looked after each other like any good sibling should.
As the brothers grew older, it became clear they were far more gifted than the other children in their small town. One of the brothers was as quick and smart as a deer and the other was as wise and thoughtful as an owl. Both brothers could spin a yarn so sweetly that soon they were put in front of the King to entertain his royal court.
The brothers reputation grew and before long they were known as the greatest story collectors in all the Kingdom. Others would seek out the Grimms to share their tales in exchange for a place by the fire and some old clothes. The brothers would note down these tales and add their own magical touches to them.
200 years did pass and the noble House of Pushca decided it was time to celebrate these Brothers Grimm to see in the new year of 2009. Many a tale would be told, many a ticket would be sold and only a fool would not be parted with his gold.
Choose a character from one of the Brothers twisted tales below and we'll see you in a very special location on the 31st of December...and they all lived happily ever after. Or did they?
